El Museo podrá visitarse de martes a viernes de 13 a 19 hs. y los sábados de 15 a 19 hs.
El Museo Etnográfico está ubicado en Moreno 350, en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, a sólo dos cuadras de la Plaza de Mayo.
El Museo ofrece la posibilidad en el ingreso de colaborar con un Bono Contribución Voluntario de $500 para residentes y $1500 para extranjerxs.
